- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It's very hard to get someone in the phone. If you lock yourself out of your online account by entering your password incorrectly 3 times, you can reset your password but still will not gain access unless you call in. Which would be fine except it's very difficult to have someone answer your call. It does not help that the phone service is closed during the weekends, and early during weekdays. So you may go days without being able to check your account balance. If you are locked out of your online account even your phone app will deny you access. Incredibly frustration to deal with. They always have some drab voiced nasty person who sounds lost every time if they call to remind me my bill is due but then when I try to call in a check by phone..no answer I get a voicemail. They never call back or follow up on loan applications unless you hound them. They easily place the blame on someone else. My credit scores have improved yet i got denied .
